Is data the rocket fuel for small business growth? That that will be answered when the Bega Valley Data Collective hosts an event in November proudly funded by the NSW Government Small Business Month program.
Events will be online on Wednesday 30 November at 12:30 PM. The virtual session will feature Kristi Mansfield, CEO of Seer Data and Analytics as the guest speaker. Ms Mansfield is an inspirational thought leader, published author and industry leader on the use of data for social benefit and was named one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review. She will discuss how data can be used by small business owners to drive growth.
Sessions will include Q&A and attendees will be sent an information pack including a guide on data analytics for Small Business. Attendees will also have a chance of winning one of 8 vouchers for subscription to the Bega Valley Data Collective, total value of $1,200.
The Bega Valley Data Collective believes that data is “rocket fuel” for small businesses and is critical for informed decision making on where they invest their limited time and resources. It will be valuable to small businesses, so we have brought Kristi Mansfield, an expert in how communities can use data, to share her insights and some key data and trends with local businesses. It’s this kind of insight that will be in the Data Space that we are working on right now. It will mean that local organisations – including small businesses – can grow and flourish, and realise the Valley’s collective dreams, aspirations and initiatives.
