With over 240 responses from the Measuring What Matters (MWM) in the Bega Valley survey and planning for Information sessions and workshops, 2024 is shaping up as a busy and exiting year for the Bega Valley Data Collective.

We have been thrilled with the responses to the survey, President Tim Whitaker said, the responses so far show that people rate community led decision making and wellbeing indicators as very important in developing our collective wellbeing in the Bega Valley. The information from the survey responses shows a significant movement from our community to taking the lead in issues that affect their wellbeing and to use data to back their ideas.

The survey closes on 30 January 2024, the survey is open to everyone, its quick, easy and confidential. If you have not had your say yet, you can open the survey by clicking on this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XRPGMM3

The results of the survey will be released at a special online information session on Thursday February 15 at 1:00 PM. The MWM in the Bega Valley Workshop will be open for community groups and individuals who are keen to learn more about building wellbeing frameworks in the Bega Valley. The workshop will be held at the Bega Valley Civic Centre. More details on the information session and workshop will be available on our website soon.
